Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my page. Whether therapy is old hat or new, it is a unique time and space to self-reflect, explore new ideas and process life’s experiences. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker practicing in Austin, Texas serving adult men, women and couples.

My Style

People describe me as easy to talk to, a good listener, direct and able to see the big picture. I see the best in people no matter what the situation may be. I look forward to connecting with each new client, to the relationship that we build, and the work that we do together. I care deeply about my clients, honoring them in their experiences in the moment and helping them to see patterns of behavior that can make them feel stuck. I will provide you with a space that is inviting and non judgmental and incorporate different techniques in our work such as mindfulness, cognitive based therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.

My Experience

Social Work is my passion. I have been practicing in Austin for more than 10 years. I graduated from the University of Texas Austin with a Masters in Social Work in 2009 and have practiced in public schools, non profit organizations and through the State of Texas’ Health and Human Services Commission. Recently, my focus has been helping people in relationships with their communication and conflict management skills, parents, young families and expecting mothers.
